I am an undergraduate honours student working under Phoebe Gross's Estuary Resilience Project.

 

My research will be looking at the spatio-temporal dynamics of juvenile salmon prey availability in two estuaries on the East Coast of Vancouver Island. This work will be centered around invertebrate samples taken along multiple habitat types in these estuaries, exploring how the invertebrate taxon composition differentiates with time and space, and how this may provide better rearing habitat for juvenile salmon.
